Personal Information

Former professor of Biomedical Instrumentation at Roma Tre University, Rome, Italy. I received my "Laurea" in Electronic Engineering at the Università di Roma La Sapienza, in 1966. where I served as Professor of Biomedical Engineering, until 1992.
I first worked in the field of signal processing for Communications, and on Reliability, then in the field of Bioengineering. My present research interests concern mainly human movement and posture studies, and biomedical data and signals processing, with specific reference to myoelectric signals where I gave a contribution to the study of dynamic cases, such as during movements or gait, and I'm co-author of more than seventy scientific papers on Biomedical Data and Signal Processing, and Management of Biomedical Instrumentation.
In the sector of Biomedical Instrumentation I worked as consultant for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in projects concerning developing countries.
